Cannot see syslogs in web page.

Hello Team

I struggle to get syslog from our network device (Pulse Secure).

1. I followed OBS-2690 to fix it but failed.
2. I set equally in DC and DR and I can received/checked the syslogs in DC site. But not DR.
3. By using 'tcpdump' to monitor the logs, I can check logs flow into the server that I installed Observium.
4. I installed observium in centos 7
5. I cannot find debug.log file in the server.

I have attached the configuration that I set in observium server.
