    Description

      Hello, we have updated to the latest version where the initial support for datacom equipment has been inserted. All of our equipment started to be recognized, however we noticed that a model is presenting a problem with CPU and Memory graph. As you can see in the attachments, the information is not beating. Can you check what it can be? I'm also making MIBs available for this model. Thank you.

            [OBS-2826] Error in CPU and MEMORY collection

            Hello,

            I added MIBs for the DM4370 so you can compare if necessary.

            Thank you.

            I fixed CPU issue for DM4100 in r9911 (not sure how it will affect on DM4370, probaly here used different MIB).

            Hi, sorry for delay.

            Not sure about memory, this device report it as 75% used by:

            /usr/bin/snmpbulkwalk -v2c -c *** -Pu -OQUs -m DMswitch-MIB -M /opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp:/opt/observium/mibs/datacom 'udp':'host':'161' swMemUsage

            swMemUsage.0 = 75

            But CPU probably have different data logic in different firmwares.

            /usr/bin/snmpbulkwalk -v2c -c *** -Pu -OQUsb -m DMswitch-MIB -M /opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp:/opt/observium/mibs/datacom 'udp':'host':'161' swCpuUsage

            swCpuUsage.0 = 2400

            Here is (swCpuUsage * 0.01) = 24%.
            But for DM4370 (as you said) used idle logic (100 - (swCpuUsage * 0.01)) = 76%.

            And this mean that DM4370 use incorrect logic inside firmware.

            Pls attach device discovery debug:

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>

            Just one detail, the DM4370 model is presenting correctly the information regarding CPU and Memory in case the problem is occurring in the DM4100.
