Improve breakout transceivers support

    Description

      Is there somehow possible to improve the support of matching the health values to the breakout’ed ports?

      We have some 1x40G (-> 4x10G breakout) optics in use and would like to get the dBm, ampere etc values to port specific port matched. In this example to TenGigE0/0/0/34/1.

      Attached I have a full debug output for a device which contains this sort of optics.

      Example Port: TenGigE0/0/0/34/1 which is a daughter port of FortyGigE0/0/0/34

          100G transceivers are now linked very well to the sensors, but the 40G are still not linked with their sensors.
          Also the 10G "breakout'ed" transceivers has no linked sensors.

          I sent you a discovery debug for 40G. The same device has also 4x10G breakout'ed from a 40G transceiver,

          Sensors should be assiate now with ports.

          This is how cisco report sensors by CISCO-ENTITY-SENSOR-MIB, there not any information about liks between Ten <-> Forty.
          Probably we can try make another way for link such ports...
