Application MYSQL

Hello,

I follow this procedure to monitor MySQL service :

On target server the file mysql (/usr/lib/observium_agent/local) :

I replaced parameters with the information created here :

<mysql root password>
mysql> GRANT SUPER, REPLICATION SLAVE, PROCESS ON . TO 'observium_mon'@'localhost'
-> IDENTIFIED BY '<observium_mon password>';}}

so username, password, and IP target server.

and mysql.cnf :

same informations

On the WebGUI i get this :

Where i make wrong ?
