The Munin individual graphs don't support the title=yes option

When referencing an individual graph via URL for external presentation, the feature to show the graph title doesn't display the title (usually the device hostname).
So:
http://observium/graph.php?legend=no&width=200&height=100&device=38&type=munin_graph&plugin=Munin-nginx_request&title=yes
Doesn't show the title.
Attached is a patch to correct this by setting $graph_title in html/includes/graphs/munin/auth.inc.php
