Syslog Alert Clearing

It would be nice to have a way to auto clear syslog alerts with another syslog message.

An example we have right now is the dry contact ports on Cisco devices. They only make a syslog message when triggered and another message when cleared. If the syslog alert allowed me to create it with a message to trigger and a message to clear that would be very helpful.
