Yep, this is another IOS XR bug (for new version).
I see you use ios xr firmware 6.1.4.
All this sensors return incorrect data, for example Tx sensors. See entSensorValue and entSensorStatus

Issue is caused by faulty coded optical transceiver from our vendor. Took some time to figure it out.
