Fallback to ENTITY-NAME if "HUAWEI-ENTITY-EXTENT-MIB has no Entity description

    Description

      I have added a patch that uses the ENTITY-MIB entity descr/alias if the HUAWEI-ENTITY-EXTENT-MIB is empty. This was observed when I polled our MA5800 OLT. The temperature graphs were created without description. See attached the patch.
