CIMC search in inventory returns nothing

    Description

      When going through inventory to see devices running CIMC you are returned nothing. 

       

      https://observium.iops.pivotal.io/inventory/os=cimc/ returns nothing

       

      https://observium.iops.pivotal.io/devices/os=cimc/ returns all devices

          This isn't quite how the inventory works. Inventory is showing you the contents of devices. Filtering the list by an OS will show you the reported contents of devices with that OS.

          If we don't have support for collecting inventory from that OS type, there won't be anything in there to display.

          Perhaps we could make a dummy entry in there for devices with no inventory support that just includes itself with its serial number.
