Display Unit dBm (Convertion mW)

I want to make a feature suggestion for a config for the RX/TX Power section.
Mostly the optical signal is meassured in dB i.e. on OTDR or optical transceiver datasheets or handover documentation for fibers or passive equiqment i.e. cables, connectors.

Would it be possible to add an option to convert the units from mW into dB on the Webinterface and in the database? One table field for mW and another for dB so that both units can be also used for the alerting module. It could be a optional feature enabled in config.php.

It's possible to calculate mW into dBm based on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DBm or http://www.rapidtables.com/convert/power/mW_to_dBm.htm (easier).

I'am pretty sure that using dBm units would help a lot of peope to improve their link stability if they can read directly the dB values from Observium instead of manually converting them into dB. Some devices are already telling us the dBm values but some are using mW. With a forced "convert mW to dBm" it would be possible to have a consistent unit state.

What do you think about this?
