      anyone can help?

      I use Observium Pro,
      my device ciena can be detected but the port and the sensor can not

      I have Files Mibs but do not know how to implement in observium

            We charge based on time. Time depends upon how much of the data exposed by the device you want supported. It's pretty difficult to say, but I'd usually say between half and one day to add support for a typical device's sensors and os-specific versions.

            An untranslated numerical walk is actually not really all that useful. I did specifically state "with MIBs actually loaded, rather than an explosion of nunmbers".

            We can't really add support for all devices people ask for. We can only really add support for things that are requested by multiple users.

            The alternative is to pay us directly to add support for things.

            It depends a lot upon how they structure their MIBs. If you can get SNMP walks showing the sensors in the MIBs (with the MIBs actually loaded, rather than an explosion of numbers), I might be able to give you some hints.

            We don't have access to any of these devices, so I have no idea how they structure things.
