Observium agent ignored stuff via xinetd

Hello,

I've running into trouble with the observium agent not running all checks on Gentoo. After much research, it appeared that the subshells have no PATH (don't really ask me why it is not the same thing on other things).

Patch enclosed just adds an export PATH, which is a no risk, benefits-full correction.
