Front page 'overall_traffic' no longer shows peering and transit side by side

several weeks ago a change was made causing the front page to no longer render the 'overall_traffic' section properly. 'Overall Transit' and 'Overall Peering' were side by side, they are now stacked with white space to the side.

Window has been test resized in various ways, up to be large enough to show the summary table of devices and alerts to the side, still shows issue.
