Ability to modify ifAlias from web interface...

    Description

      On most switches it's easy enough to change the interface name for example "Core:SomeLink" but if you have a trunk as your link, some/most switches won't let you rename it. if it were possible to override the ifAlias in Observium then we could get around this issue for trunks and also any lower spec switches that don't provide a way to name ports.
