    Description

      Hi,

We added some new devices to Observium from Huawei:

      S6720-30C-EI-24S-AC

And it seems that this blocks the system.

Observium discover the devices ok, but when we go to the ports tab on the device we get a "server error 500".

And after some time, the observium crash, we can't connect to the web

MySQL Error 2002: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)

          Hi,

I attach what we get with the ./discover.php

          dicover-huawei-s6720.txt

Mike, I sent you an email to arrange the snmp access.

          thanks!

          huawei-s6720.txt

          Attached file with the output.

I will check if I can arrange access.

Hrm, show me (attach) debug output for:

          ./discovery.php -d -m os -h <this_device>

If someone can provide snmp read-only access to such device, it would be great. (You can write to me personally with access credentials to device).

Yes, we have this problem too.

We see that if we add vlans in all the ports, a fake vlan, it seems that works better. But of course this is a workaround.

I think this device has many other issues I have almost the same - S6720-54C-EI-48S-AC and after discovery it shows quite a lot of Vlans

I will attach 2 Screenshots to get the idea, but the list continues to 4094 and for each line there is same Vlans shown "Vlanif304, Vlanif603, Vlanif601"

And my config is pretty ok.
