Description
We're looking at replacing Nagios with Observium contacts/alerts to send service offline etc. notifications to our customers who request such things. Would it be possible to specify custom email alert/notification templates per contact via a dropdown box that allows you to select a template from /opt/observium/includes/templates/ ?
This would let us keep the detailed information about reporting device etc. for our default alerts while allowing us to not send such information to our customers, and is the last thing we need before going live!
I wasn't sure which Jira priority should be used for a feature request so please change as necessary.
