CBQoS group and aggregate

Currently, there is no mechanism for grouping CBQoS graphs/entries. This would be a nice feature, since you could aggregate, and graph the aggregate on CBQoS policies on different systems that might be relevant to group together (for example on redundant devices in a dual-active scenario, getting total traffic in a queue present on both systems from grouping the CBQoS would be nice).
