New Alert Type - SMS

Hey guys... I'm assuming this has been requested before, but I didn't see any results when I searched JIRA. It would be nice to have an alert type for SMS. Even if this was implemented via email to text (which is obviously already possible by using the email type), the biggest thing I think would be nice to have by adding a separate alert type would be the ability to minimize the size/details of the message, keeping it simple and minimalistic like the new Pushover format.
