Blank Customers Page

I am trying to figure out how to add customers to obersvium. I have the billing enabled and I am able to do traffic accounting but I am unable to create customers.

I visit the customer page under Ports and it just loads a blank page. Is this an incomplete feature or do I not have something enabled properly?

I have tried to find documentation and other bug reports for adding customers but I have not found any.
