Down Ports | Ignored Devices : incorrect display

    Description

      On our Observium front page two ports are shown as down.
      Clicking on the link "2 down" https://observium/ports/state=down/ leads to a page which lists these two ports but also all those in down state for ignored devices.
      Only going to https://localhost/ports/state=down/ignore=0/ displays the expected result.
