    Description

      Hello!

      You can add a device without SNMP ? That is, working alone with PING . We manage a network of over 1000 servers and do not have access to them all to install SNMP.

      This would be interesting to add all devices in Observium . Thus we would have to use other ools to meet this need .

            Are you guys nuts? I just spent an hour setting up observium just to find out it doesnt support simplest probe possible! The only one i needed! OMG! Cant you really imagine any applications to ping/RTT/packet loss sensor? Maybe graphing the ISP service quality?
            Damn! I hate wasting time on such stupid things!

            Adding devices to Observium that don't support SNMP is totally pointless, and will probably never happen.
