    Description

      Some minor fixes/improvement to billing
      html/pages/bill/actions.inc.php; Use $vars instead of GET/POST
      html/pages/bill/edit.inc.php: Select multiple interfaces at the same time from one device
      html/pages/bill/navbar.inc.php: Rewrite using print_navbar function. Stays the same expect now with some icons on admin options.
