    Description

      Cisco 6800 series hardware is reported as: ciscoProducts.1765

      Nikolay Shopik said that the MIB itself needs to be updated to enable Observium to identify the product range.

      Trivial of course, but better to get it recorded as i figure we aren't the only ones running these and there are probably other new product names in the MIB for other hardware types that other people have.

      The MIB appears to be CISCO-PRODUCTS-MIB as suggested on the list:

          mmm... just svn'd to 5881 and it pulled the new MIB OK, but...a detect/poll cycle has failed to make any difference to the product name. Out of curiosity I tried a reboot and that didn't motivate it either - is there some special trick to tell it to "go look at the new MIB to find the name" or something else i'm missing? Ta!
