      can you please poll the Data from:

      1.3.6.1.4.1.1588.2.1.1.1.2 (see http://www.brocade.com/downloads/documents/product_manuals/B_SAN/FOS_MIB_v710.pdf)

      and monitor changes? With this informations it should also be possible to generate a map like the LLDP or CDP map.
