Remove services list from screenshot and documentation

    Description

      I think it would be wise to remove the services list screenshot from the http://observium.org/wiki/ScreenShots#Services_List as it is no longer supported. And remove the http://observium.org/wiki/Services page or put a big warning that it is no longer supported.

          Adam has placed a notice on the wiki; I have commented out the services screenshot and set the default value for services to disabled.
