Add discovery/polling for AvTech Room Alert 4E

    Description

      I used the Room Alert 24E code as a base to add discovery/polling for the AvTech Room Alert 4E. I am not well versed in php etc so please check for errors. If there is a better way to accomplish by all means do so.

      You will see from the Diff that I copied and then modified the 24E discovery sensor file and modified with the proper OID and mib selection(discovery/sensors/roomalert4e-mib.inc.php). Also commented out the internal humidity sensor.

      I added a new entry to the definitions/os.inc.php for the 4E...again a copy of the 4E with the Mib changed.

      I updated the room alert OS discovery script to detect the new sysDescr for the 4E.

      I updated the room alert OS poller script as well..but this one I am not sure I did correctly so please check.

      This is working 100% for me.
