LLDP icw Juniper links to wrong ifindex

    Description

      It seems there is a issue with (junos) where the wrong ifindex value is used. It seems the if statement that is used is maybe to broad and is not valid for juniper (from what i could test on different models MX/EX).

      I noticed their was a old ticket with almost the same bug report, but this fix might be easier
