          Hello

yes in my example you can see that switching with http instead of https was successful <-- although your doc suggest only https.

          switch with http instead:

          svn switch http://svn.observium.org/svn/observium/trunk

I tried to change to rolling with

          svn up
          svn switch https://svn.observium.org/svn/observium/trunk

          and received following errors:

svn: E155025: 'svn switch' does not support switching a working copy to a different repository
          svn: E155025: 'http://svn.observium.org/svn/observium/branches/stable'
is not the same repository as
          'https://svn.observium.org/svn'

          Then I did

          [root@observium observium]# svn switch http://svn.observium.org/svn/observium/trunk
          U    html/includes/cache-data.inc.php
          U    html/includes/status-summary.inc.php
          U    html/includes/navbar.inc.php
          U    includes/definitions/wui.inc.php
           U   .
          Updated to revision 13584.
          [root@observium observium]# svn up
          Updating '.':
          At revision 13584.
          [root@observium observium]# reboot

And the issue still persists (see the below screenshot)

Probably already fixed in rolling updates, can you check?
