in the global billing view there is a problem with the display of the allowed bandwidth

    Description

      We are using the 23.4.12696 release and in the bills view (/bills) we have a problem displaying the allowed Mbps it seems that only the left digit is displayed, instead of 200Mbps only 2Mbps are displayed, the rest is ok.
