Work around MIB changes in newer VMware versions

    Description

      Newer VMware versions don't populate VMWARE-VMINFO-MIB::vmwVmVMID anymore. It has been deprecated and officially VMWARE-VMINFO-MIB::vmwVmUUID should be used as the identifier. Lets use that to get the old indexes back.
