Description
Hello,
I suugest a change for the table's header in the "All Devices" view, I think it will be a great help for monitoring purposes.
Please check the images "current header" and "proposed header".

This looks like an attempt to work around devices being added to Observium by IP address.
Observium is not designed to be used this way. You should add devices to Observium by FQDN, either by having functional DNS or maintaining an /etc/hosts file for Observium.
