Delete Device with write permissions

    Description

      Hello,

      currently, only a sysadmin / userlevel 10 can delete devices.

      It would be nice to have an option to allow users with write permissions to a device to delete this device.

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
            		 
            ./poller.php -d -h <device>

          • additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
