Delta UPS RT Series not identified as UPS

      Hello

      My Delta UPS RT is not identified as UPS. 

      The device is identified as Generic with one ethernet port, but nothing else.

          You have not updated to latest, because you use stable branch.

          Hello and thank you for your help.

          Unfortenately still the same problem. The device is discovered as generic.

          I have updated to r12064, removed the device, restarted the system and performed a new discovery. discovery and poller logs are attached.

            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk
            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk

            If device not support SNMP version 2c, replace -v2c with -v1.

          • If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs:

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
            ./poller.php -d -h <device>

          • additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
