    Description

The new Cisco 9800 controllers are based on ios-xe, and is detected as such which is great. The only problem is that no wireless mibs are defined for that OS. I am not sure if there is a all or nothing when it comes to activated mibs and os'es, but I have attached a svn.diff which solves the problem, but also adds those mibs for every device running ios-xe

Also adding CISCO-RF-MIB which is used to monitor VSS (virtual stacking)
