          Make and attach debug for discovery mempools (screenshots don't make sense in this case):

          ./discovery.php -d -m mempools -h <device>

          My observium have executed the full discovery and I tried with the discovery mempools command but the issue persists, please check again. I have attached a new image.

          you need wait for full device rediscovery.
          or force device(s) rediscovery manually:

          ./discovery.php -m mempools -h <device>

          I have updated my observium to r11961 version and the problem persist.

          Seems as snmpdump incomplete (no any Cpu and Memory data).
          Please make and attach discovery debug:

          ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
