          you need wait for full device rediscovery.
          or force device(s) rediscovery manually:

          ./discovery.php -m mempools -h <device>

          I have updated my observium to r11961 version and the problem persist.

          Please your help to solve this issue.

          Seems as snmpdump incomplete (no any Cpu and Memory data).
          Please make and attach discovery debug:

          ./discovery.php -d -h <device>

            If device not support SNMP version 2c, replace -v2c with -v1.

          • If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs: 

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
            		 
            ./poller.php -d -h <device>

          • additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
