please add support for ASCO Transfer Switch

This is mostly derp MIB and SNMP data which I have seen.

It just doesn't make sense to add any sensor, because all values 0 (zero) or unreal.
See translated snmpwalk which I attached ( asco.walk ).

Anyway, I added poll approximate uptime and software version (if this values real) in r11814.
