Description

Hi there,

After upgrading to latest IOS-XR 7.x release we've noticed that all transceivers are not linked to their physical interface anymore. Looks like that Cisco changed something or even broke it, but I can not see what have been changed. I tried to upload snmpwalk, but even compressed it's about 140MB.

Hmmm.... One device is not working well, it says for each sensor value "0" now. Attached a discovery/poller debug. Example interface: Te0/0/0/32

Works great, tested against some devices. Also old method is still working for non-broken devices

Please try rediscovery with latest revision (r11029).

Seems as Cisco completely broke ifIndex associations betwen entAliasMappingIdentifier and entPhysicalTable..
Now trying to associate by ifDescr.

yah, dump is really big and seems as not full anyway.
(there is very big routing and bgp tables).

Please make just partial discovery:

./discovery.php -d -m ports,inventory,sensors -h <device>
