Reg: Unsupported devices and IPv6

Hi Danunjaya, we have not received the additional information requested earlier from you in this issue '1. Mikrotik is not supporting IPv6 traffic.
2. Syrotech OLT , Unifi access points, Sophos  and Cyberoam firewall  devices are showing generic  also have no proper graph.
3. Volteck switches SNMP issues.( always SNMP down and up )
4. FreeBSD interface IPv6 traffic is not showing.
5. Ubuntu server not getting the Storage,interface,inventory, health graphs option.
6. Windows servers are not supporting IPv6 traffic graphs.
7. CP Plus camera and NVR showing generic devices also have no proper graph.'!

Issues without your response will be closed within 2 weeks.

1. Mikrotik is not supporting IPv6 traffic.

This is exactly not Observium issue, becasue this data not exist (not reported) by devices/os.

3. Volteck switches SNMP issues.( always SNMP down and up )

This is device response issue, try increase snmp timeout to 2-3 sec on device edit page.

5. Ubuntu server not getting the Storage,interface,inventory, health graphs option.
Attach requested debug discovery:

./discovery.php -d -h <device>

2. Syrotech OLT , Unifi access points, Sophos and Cyberoam firewall devices are showing generic also have no proper graph.
7. CP Plus camera and NVR showing generic devices also have no proper graph.
Attach full snmp dumps for these devices as written above (by Observium Bot).

• full snmp dump from device:

  snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk

  snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk

  If device not support SNMP version 2c, replace -v2c with -v1.

• If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs:

  ./discovery.php -d -h <device>

  ./poller.php -d -h <device>

• additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
