Automated install crashes - svn E000104 error

      I am unable to get past downloading the files from svn

          This was presumably caused by a local firewall "breaking" the SVN protocol. Not uncommon. 

          We should switch the script to using https in any event, and this might prevent this issue occuring for others, too.

          I modified the install script to use an https vs http URL.....and that worked.

          Hopefully it isn't an issue when I need to update.
