formatUptime negaitve number

For whatever reason, my device times are slightly ahead of the time on my Observium box.
This led to the first few events and syslogs on the main page showing a time of "-1y -1d -1h".

Attached a slight change to formatUptime to return 0s when the uptime is equal to or less than 0.
