GUI notification for an alerts or that one or more alerts have been edited since last Rebuild

It would be useful if there was some visual notification in the web GUI that an alert, or any alerts (so a general indication, rather than next to specific alerts) had been edited since the last Rebuild took place. Possibly even a warning when logging out that edited alerts hadn't been rebuilt.
