    Description

We have been able to discover vm's in the past, but now it does not show them anymore. SNMP running and config is not corrupt for snmp.xml.
The ESXi host we have also stay in a Device not yet discovered state.
It shows polling of ports and virtual interfaces etc but it's not showing the actual vm hosts.

I see everything from today. I'm running a -all discovery to clear up the existing devices. But whatever auto discovery that's on doesn't seem to work correctly.

          Go to http://<your_observium>/pollerlog/
Look at last discovered column and timestamp

How do I check if it's running for all?

Interesting indeed. Are you sure discovery runs for all devices ?
I see you run a older version of Observium, maybe try to update that also ?

Wow interesting. That debug command made the VM's show up and now it no longer says it's not yet discovered.
Is there maybe a problem with the discovery running when a host first is first added?

Also attached screenshot of device overview. It still says it was not discovered and this was added over a month ago. This is similar for almost all esx hosts.
I've tried restarting snmp, and using a fresh copy of the snmp.xml file on the esx host but nothing cleared it up thus far.

Have not had any problem in any of the 5.x versions.
Can you attached debug from vm discovery?
          ./discovery.php -h <your_hostname> -d -m vmware-vminfo
