      Fixes & changes in this patch*;

      Various fixes in HTML
      More escaping of output in various pages
      Make some SQL query to run only if feature is enabled (html/pages/device.inc.php)
      On device health page put icon next to text (see device_health_icons attachement)
      On device edit page put icon next to types in dropdown (see device_health_icon attachement)
      Fix percentage background in device health memory and storage pages
      Fix entity popup and processor description in device inventory page
      Fix entity popup in device health processor & storage page
