Description

Add support for CEMP HC counters. Implemented by letting discovery make the mempool type 'cemp' or 'cemp-hc' based on the availability of the HC counters, and adding a cemp-hc.inc.php for the poller.

The latest version of CISCO-ENHANCED-MEMPOOL-MIB is included as well.
